Pros
Working with extremely knowledgeable doctors who teach you so much! You get a ton of experience in dermatology and cosmetic procedures. I have been working for Drs. Baxt at Baxt Cosmedical for almost 4 years and have learned so much in that time. The doctors are also very generous with benefits, bonuses, etc. Some patients have been coming to the office for years and are like family. It’s a great work environment!
Cons
Every once in a while there can me drama between coworkers.. unfortunately that can happen at any job, and I’d say the pros of this job outweigh that small con

I have been working at Baxt Cosmedical for a few weeks but since day one my co workers have been extremely helpful and fun to work with! Also, the doctors teach you something new everyday and are honest and awesome to work for. As for management, the office manager is always available to help and has a positive attitude daily! Overall it has been a great working environment!
Cons
The only con I can think of would be traffic on rt 17 but that has nothing to do with the company
