Pros

None - please don’t work here

Cons

-Expected to do at least 3-4 jobs on top of your own job. - Hostile Management that will say that they have an open door policy but when you open your mouth to voice a concern they will publicly ridicule you or fire you. - Unsafe working environment and unethical practices putting clients and employees in danger - Management does not accept any level of questioning or want to change how they run things despite it being a safety risk - Pride themselves on high turnover rates and the fact they are unwilling to change despite poor outcomes

Pros

A few of the staff are pretty cool

Cons

Upper management has power issues. They want to control everything and ther is no HR so if you complain, you're complaining to someones friend about them. They are tight knit at CIC and don't take much accountability. They dump on the lower leveled workers. The pay isnt great but not the worst. They also treat staff like they are children. In short, they dont value employees and that is why they cant keep anyone. turnover rate is extremely high in all positions
