Pros

Some of the best people I ever worked with...talented, motivated, hard working. Lots of young spirits and fresh perspectives.

Cons

Thinking outside the box will not get you ahead in this company. Since its an esop company it is very cult-like. No raises are given, and they will convince you that you are an employee owner but you will have zero say in the company decisions. Fair? Definitely not.

Pros

Fun to work with awesome people. Employee owned.

Cons

A few of the core employees with high level of seniority can do as they please with little to no accountability.
