Pros
-Great people (for the most part) who really care about what we do to help consumers of all ages. -Rewarding work -An adequate place to work right out of college to learn some skills -Benefits are pretty good
Cons
-Management is not listening to staff -Executive Director is not a people person and does not enforce equal work among Executives. -Little acknowledgement or recognition for work beyond your own department. -The funding is horrible. Do not expect any pay raises or the ability to have a flexible structure to meet changing dynamics. -There are positions/departments that need to be eliminated to focus on the mission and allow for better pay for the core workers. -Other reviews that state issues about communication are not lying.
