Pros

Compensation, benefits, and perks are great.

Cons

Management made poor business decisions the past 8 years or so, and it appears it continues to do so (even 2 years after I left). Group/department work environment was great but overall site (inter-departmental) politics is horrible. Own pipeline is thin. Overly dependent on potential drug candidates being developed by small external discovery labs.
