      Pros

      I cannot not think of many. They employ amazing people. The amazing people leave.

      Cons

      Blame workers culture. They don't unpack their own issues regarding the products end life. This then get taken out on their workers. Emotional intelligence is very low here. One manager actions displayed a lot of racism . She also fat shamed a work colleague to others. Personally distressing for me as I used to have an eating disorder.
