      Pros

      The young team environment cultivated a great social aspect to working for Bayleys

      Cons

      This company will always have a high staff turnover and not be able to retain employees if their employees are not shown to be valued as such. A huge issue widely shared amongst the administrators is the fact that they are not offered the appropriate remuneration for the heavy workloads and emotional stress they are put under by the sales agents and management.

      On the surface is a lovely friendly supportive environment, where you genuinely feel the work you do can help people.

      Cons

      Everyone is stabbing each other in the back, even those that complain about that culture. The way they treat their staff is disgusting. Workplace bullying is rife, staff are underpaid.
