I am working with Baymediasoft since Feb 2017. It is a very innovative place to work. Good company to start and learn if you are a fresher. Team members are good and supportive. Good Clients with challenging work. If you are passionate about something, then Baymediasoft is the best place for you. I love to work with this company.

I am working with Baymediasoft from last 1 years and I am quite satisfied with the job and work culture. It provides enough opportunities to employees for growth. The company seems to have the clear goal of growth hence they are too focused on it. They promote work hard, party hard and be honest to your work & company a lot. Management in quite flexible and give appropriate responsibilities with authorities.

Cons

I don't have any negative experience in Baymediasoft as of now. One suggestion : They should increase some employee engagement activities.
