Alot of overtime, stable work for maintenance, and weekly incentive bonus
Cons
safety is not top of their agenda no matter what the top office workers say. Most the maintenance is "maintenance once it breaks down", and the heat and dust will kill you.Working at highs there is very unsafe. Their tie off rules there are not by the book.
