I am rating Bayside Kia of Waldorf, but this could most likely be relevant for all Bayside locations. •I feel as if the management is selected based off who they know in the company. I feel that the managers here haven’t earned their place based on their ability to lead and communicate to employees. •Work seems unevenly distributed and the employees that do the most work seem to get paid the least, speaking from my personal experience. •Employees are seemingly expected to do additional tasks outside of their job description with no additional compensation. •Non hourly employees do not have designated lunch times, and may not be able to eat during the day. • Many of the employees have the “it’s not my job” mindset, and instead of correcting this, management seems to just give the work out to the few hardworking employees and overwhelms them. •The rare meetings management has are very lengthy and pointless. The real issues are danced around and management pretends they are not the root of the issue. •The same employees call out consistently. •Management seemingly picks employees to be friends with and promotes them, and they are frequently the least hard workers. •There’s so much passive aggression and pettiness everywhere.
