Pros
With all the stress it’s hard to always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, however employee engagement activity conducted in office help lower our stress, increase our energy and make us feel a lot better. It's like a refreshment therapy for employee.
Cons
It's good from both the perspective, employer creates a good working culture and employee feels motivated towards work and leadership quality of employee increase due to such activity.

Learn many things about telecom domain. Good learning experience. Learn new programming language such as perl & shell scripting which are not covered in academics.
Cons
Requirements are not provided properly so more effort needed.
