There are many talented senior engineers to learn from, and the company culture is generally supportive of personal development and learning new technologies. Job security is also a major plus.
Cons
As with any large, established company, decision-making can sometimes be slow. The tech stack has some legacy components that can be challenging to work with. Career progression paths for junior members could be more clearly defined to help understand growth opportunities better.
