Fellow co-workers were great, and seemed to get along overall.
Cons
I could go on a rant, but I will say that things were chaotic and changed too frequently. Changes were made on impulse, not on necessity. If someone didn't like the way we did things, then everything changed. It seemed like everyone was trying to do their own thing.
I felt like I had a BRAIN at BBA, and that I was encouraged to use it! If you like the room to grow and challenge yourself, want to work with people that strive for excellence, and that make you smarter I would absolutely recommend working here.
The company culture strikes a perfect balance of fun and disciplined, with a thread of philanthropy running through everything we would do! Even though there would be continual updates as we were growing, the communication is always intentional and employees are always involved in strategy. It was awesome to learn where the company was going and why along with having to opportunity to ask questions!
Cons
With any growing business comes a lot of pivoting and re-prioritizing. What matters is that the long term goals don't change, and in an industry where technical capabilities are changing more often than they are not, you have to be okay with being agile!
