Interesting work content, able to know individuals in depth sense of achievement in helping young adult develop their narrative identity Good colleague with supporting office culture
Cons
Small in company size(and all problems in small studio exist) Lack of systematic training support to guide new comers (most of its senior consultant improved their techniques mainly in case experiences)
