If they chose to, they can decide to not pay you for hours worked. NO training If you are from the United States do not expect any communication. If you resign, do not expect your last payment, they will make up a clause in the contrary that does not exist. And when you ask for confirmation they will not respond. Start up CEO does not take any feedback or suggestions. Lack of direction and vision

As a writer you need to do EVERYTHING. Find the news, write, post, participate in several meaningless meetings. But payment is made by written words, so during your research time, meetings, and various other tasks that come up for you to do, you work for free. In addition, the stress and pressure you experience to find the news and write it impeccably, is not worth it

Pros

Remote work with a globally distributed team kept things pretty quiet. Paid in crypto. Coworkers were incredibly friendly. Most were pretty passionate and interested about crypto. One of the most diverse and distributed companies I have worked for. The hiring manager/admin was incredible with the onboarding process and would make for a great leader in this company.

Cons

Management is nonexistent. There's one person doing all the work in the leadership team. Slide decks and pitch decks are dressed up for hype. They are out of touch with wanting to launch new verticals and products, and will blame your work on the current state of the market. Not a true crypto or web3 company. Salary and benefits were very poor for the position. Well below average and $30-60k short of their competitors for a similar role. Some interesting egos in the slack channel made this a very "crypto bro" and cringe work environment at times. Some were there to pump their bags and personal image instead of build towards the culture and vision of the company.
