Loft goals but bites off more than they can chew

Pros

Good pay, great benefits and a pretty nice team.

Cons

Overall sense of confusion. Weird unspoken rules that you have no way of knowing about until you break one. Unclear communication. High workload.

Salary is competitive for other edtech companies, however do not expect to get a raise. Women led and owned company.

Cons

Lack of benefits including low pto. Low per diem when traveling for work. Large internal turnover rate
