Pros

Fun, easygoing and zero ego environment. Beach Bum commits to employee development, I've seen so many cases where people were given amazing opportunities and developed their career from within the company.

Cons

Lacks accomodations for remote employees. They could spend a little less on retreats and swag and just pay everyone a little more but that's my personal opinion.
