Co-workers made the job manageable.

Cons

Most aspects of the job. 1. They pay the bare minimum 2. Don't expect any raises or bonuses, they don't exist 3. When threatened by residents on a continual basis and report it to upper management for support and documentation they tell you to grow a thick skin and deal with it 10/10 do not recommend. Not the management company you should work for
