You get to work on the beach, it’s outdoors, the tips and hours are decent during the summer, and you get to make friends with the people in the back kitchen if you are a foodrunner.
Cons
Horrible parking system, really bad management, no positive reinforcement, mean co workers, bad tips and hours during slow season, hard on the body.
the managers are horrible. sam speaks with no empathy and is horrible to new employees. they make you feel unwanted and very uncomfortable on shift when raised to higher seniority it’s not taken seriously. wouldn’t recommend to work. overpriced and over hyped not worth it
