      Pros

      Beach House is able to hire the best employees from around the area. It's always a joy to get to come to work every day and see a bunch of co-workers who are genuinely happy to see one another.

      Cons

      The only downside isn't even the fault of Beach House. It's the bridge traffic on and off the island.
