Turnover seems high. IT and data reporting seems very understaffed, working many hours trying to keep up. The wheels are coming off while speeding down the highway at 100mph, you're told to just keep accelerating. Seemingly heavy use of cheap H1B staffing firms, failed projects, lots of finger pointing and throwing under the bus. Hired for entry-level position but asked to do senior level work very different from job description. Toxic work environment people at all levels openly disgruntled.
