      Great people overall, front-line leaders that truly care and have a passion for the patients.

      Cons

      Lost track of the Mission and Values. More about perception than purpose. It was difficult being on a team whose struture grew so quickly, yet our performance was lackluster. You could feel the frustration from the clinical leaders.
