      You get to learn all aspects of the business

      Such a family run business. Classic “good old boys club”. If you didn’t grow up in a wealthy Newport family you don’t belong here.

      Great firm culture, lots of opportunities to participate in community events

      Cons

      Low pay for associate level workers, very poor benefits (just a 2% 401k match). Medical plan is covered for singles but contribution rates for employees on family plans are sadly way below industry, less than 25% of the total cost, employee pays the rest.
