      Pros

      The people are great caring people. They value their clients and the quality of work produced.

      Cons

      Management could improve delegation. You are either super busy or begging for work. Pay is low and promotions are slow unless you’re favorited by a partner.

      Pay is great, people are great. The environment within the firm is the best part. They truly try to accompany to each and every employee.

      Cons

      To truly succeed I feel like you must put in extra time and effort. Must be a very hard worker to be in public accounting.

      There are some very smart individuals in this firm and the level of work perfomed is often better than expected from a local firm.

      Cons

      Some get it and others do not, leverage is needed to maximize profits and ensure growth. You must position for growth or sit back and hold on to what you can.
