      Pros

      Some highly skilled individuals. If you want to live in Bremen and you want to make games.

      Cons

      Total lack of management, communication or trust. Company policy is to do overtime on a systematic way. Incredible amounts of technical debt. Salaries are so low that they will make you feel like a freshman student again. Design and technical decisions/priorities keep changing according to the founder's mood.

      i worked here for 1 year and it was filled with alot of experienced and talented people, always willing to help. The art department in particular was really cool to work with

      Friendly environment, casual company language, no dress code or so. Company activities sometimes are dinners, playing games together

      Poor operation processes. Dishonesty Ignorance and Blaming culture Low salaries for artists
