Co-workers are all awesome but because everyone is scared of job security you always have to watch your back.

Cons

Owner of the company is a complete lunatic, he takes what could be a great company and makes it miserable.

The office is a nice environment and the people were generally friendly.

Cons

The owner is a psychopath who only employs people who are willing to bow down to him. He speaks to women in the most condescending way, makes fun of you behind your back and has the entire workforce afraid of him. My manager had no spine and was constantly looking for way to "get out of trouble" with the boss. The atmosphere at this place is FEAR.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your co-workers and office environment during your time with us. I was surprised to read you thought that I, the owner, treat men and women differently. I do not think that is the case, but I will work being more aware of my interactions, so that I do not give that impression to others. Also, unlike perhaps many other higher executives, I am open to having discussions and do not need to be feared. We wish you the best in any new job.

Worked with great staff members who taught me a lot and that were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Stressful work environment with Micro-managing CEO watching everything you do. The CEO effects the overall mood and conversation of all the employees every day. Very behind the times' technology, with band-aids put over every tech problem that comes up. Always issues with basic company emails working, and everyday order forms needing signatures without investing in Docusign. Salary and commissions not reasonable.
