      Growing but still awesome

      Pros

      The general focus is still on building a new and very special and innovative consultant bureau.The business side is still what it is but the intention and most assignments are really challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      To be special and innovative there needs to be transparency and stamina. This is sometimes weighed so that one is more important than the other. That is a hard practice.

      Pros

      The company allows you to follow your passion and get you where you want to be. All the time you deal with highly technical specific knowledge from instrumentation and calibration world. It is exciting!

      Cons

      These days the biggest disadvantage is the amount of travel and time to allow for travel in and around the UK. The demand is to be one day in Cumbria and next day in south Wales.
