Pros

Remote work. Can contribute to retirement even as part-time.

Cons

Not much training or support, sink or swim type of approach. Management is not honest to clients; will throw others under the bus to cover their butts.

Pros

I’ve been consistently impressed by the supportive, family-like culture they foster, even in a remote work setting. It’s an environment where I feel valued, and they'll make sure you feel like a part of the family.

Cons

Not too much I can think of in regards to cons besides maybe the compensation but even that's debatable.

Somewhat flexible schedule at Beanstalk

Cons

Low pay, with no raises after two years, Senior Staff will bully you and lie to you, especially Sarah. They can not keep you busy with work and make you take PTO for any time they can not fill. Insurance is not affordable. Sarah, refuses to answer any of your questions, most of the time completely ignoring you.
