None that I witnessed while employed. Most people have only their interest in mind and you can't trust them because they will talk behind your back and back stabb you.

Some of the management are very smart and educated about the market and how to get the job done

Cons

Management are far away from the employee, will get of anyone with less than 6 months. No plans or vision they are following the old school of sales.

Pros

Great deals for your clients. Able to access various resources to deliver to the client. There are some great people working here.

Cons

Changed directions too much. Poor communications with the employees. Over promised never delivered. The great people are not leading the company.
