100% commission (no base salary, but unlimited earning potential), if you're a 100% self starter you could do well here, but be ready because there is no training program or direction / strategy on how to grow your career. it's a free for all.
Cons
Inconsistent management / direction / policies, No training program, Reactionary vs strategic, Lacks a healthy culture, lots of turnover at all experience levels of agents (new, junior, senior)
