Pros

After being here for five years you no longer have a co-pay. Its a small company thats only in a couple of city's in the inland empire.

Cons

Management shows favoritism to certain departments. Keeps employee that clearly need to be fired only because they are short staffed. There attendance policy is lousy. You only get PTO. So all your sick time and vacation time is shared.

Pros

I enjoyed interacting with my co-workers and patients.

Cons

I don't feel that human resources backs their employees. I had an issue with a new hired supervisor that got so out of hands that I lost my job. Luckily the judge saw things the correct way/my way and things were handled to my favor/ the new supervisor also lost her job.

Pros

Decent benefits - 401K - Holiday Pay (if you are scheduled to work on that particular holiday) - New for 2015-2016; sick leave for PT workers which is not offered to FT employees - As a "medical group" - there are multiple job opportunities - for example: Medical Records Clerks, Courier, X-Ray Technician, Nurse (LVN's and RN's), Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Registration staff and administrative staff to name a few.

Cons

Leadership is very disjointed. Nurse Managers and general staff managers are over-tasked and relatively ineffective. There are many "cliques" in all departments. Management does not discourage this and favoritism is very apparent. Managers don't have a lot of management or leadership experience that qualifies them for the positions they hold.
