Thanks for your contributions and review. Flat organizations have pros and cons. Based on the latest employee engagement survey, we see we're doing a lot of good things, but there are areas of improvement. From these inputs I expect we'll define new initiatives that facilitate opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Other and new ideas are always welcome.
