Cons
Bebashi is doing many things at once for many people, therefore, it is a fast-paced environment, which may not suit everyone. The workload and pace can be challenging for those who need a slower or more predictable setting. Finally, scheduling flexibility was sometimes restricted when organizational needs were high, but that can be seen as a pro or con because the organization regards the needs of the community as priority, so we simply had to do what had to be done, even if it meant staying late or arriving early ever so often.
