Pros
Will always be the workers keeping the business going. Such a great bunch although a number of good ones have gone in the last few months.
Cons
Very poor management, mostly low/middle management No Leadership No 2 branches work the same No one get reprimanded for not following policy Set in the dark ages with no one wanting to take the business forward utilising the good systems and technology they already have.
