      Pros

      It's impossible to get fired If you know the families you have a place for life

      Cons

      Technology department is a disaster Women aren't respected (they even have an ongoing harrassment case against them) Those who have been employed awhile hook arms and refuse any changes No work life balance New leadership came in at the beginning of the year and reactive attitudes made the culture even more toxic I left before it got worse; Good luck to those that stayed. No opportunity for growth

      Terrific work environment in a noble industry. Company continues to grow and be in further demand with more and more customers. Leads the industry in a number of ways and professions.

      Cons

      Working for a growing company is not for the faint of heart. Long hours and pivoting of work to make ends meet, but all worth it in the end.
