Pros
Principals view staff as family and exceed my expectations for helping us out, even at personal cost to themselves. The company offers opportunities to staff of all levels to grow, so if you're willing to work hard, the sky is your limit. I see even summer interns have a chance to contribute meaningfully to designs.
Cons
Saff who are unwilling to grow are muddle along...This is I guess unavoidable as sometimes staff is needed regardless of abilities. But
