      New facility with modern amenities.

      Alot of nepotism within this company, monthly pay, low wages, poor leadership, no incentives and low morale.

      Pros

      Medical benefits are top of the line. The rates for employees has never gone up. We pay $100 month to cover 8 people in our family! Able to telecommute. Amazing co-workers!

      Cons

      President is never here to help run the company. When he is here people are standing outside his door just to get a 5 minute conversation. President and other upper management are very deceitful. They'll tell you what you want to hear and then pull the rug out from under you.
