Pros

The other operators who get 0 recognition for the dedication and endless work they put into assisting the clients and dealers under strenuous conditions.

Cons

Does not follow ethical practices and discriminatory towards employees with disabilities. Refuses to accept Dr's notes, and still gives occurrences. Does not follow ADA forms along with extending FMLA leave for crisis. Favoritism and refusal to properly investigate HR complaints. Toxic positive environment with gaslighting techniques and .25 raises every six months for employees, while leadership is taking numerous trips in helicopters and expensive hotels. Leadership bribing employees with "motivosity money" for reviews on public forums. (Glassdoor, Google, indeed) Overloading responsibilities to team coaches including: Terminating the entire quality control team adding expectations that are unreasonable to be completed each week for less than their monitary value. Not adhering to the core values of "we care first" or "Fun" and forcing employee's to ask permission to use the bathroom, or not to go to breaks and lunches at all. Instead of properly staffing for high call volumes. High turnover rate so they don't need to pay decent wages. Advising they "promote within" unless an employee has been with the company long enough to make more than the promotion value. Making them feel like they are never good enough and devalued and humiliated. Fast burnout and low morale. Has found ways to terminate disabled employees using "stats" while refusing Dr's notes. Would never recommend working here or doing business with this company. Is under numerous investigations

Pros

This is the easiest job you could ever do. Literally just sit at a desk, look at video clips, and call the police if needed. They provide free snacks in the break room and actually fun company wide parties and themed events.

Cons

For the past year, the leadership over this department has evolved into a "Mean Girls" style clique. If you ever hold any amount of responsibility, you are expected to follow the supervisors to the letter and never complain about anything they do- whether it's them spending exorbitant amounts of times in "meetings" to gossip about employees, or engaging in inappropriate relationships, or retaliating against employees who go to HR with any complaints or feedback. One day, they will treat you like you are best friends, and then the next, they will have decided they no longer like you and make up false accusations to demote or fire you, and they will use every tool they have to humiliate you and frustrate you into quitting. Leadership here also excels in making up weird new protocols or rules to follow that make everyone's lives harder, provide no benefit to customer or to employees, and then implement these changes in such hamfisted ways with a severe lack of communication that each change ends up in waves of employees, some who have been here for years, becoming overworked and underpaid and massive amounts of attrition follow. Oh, and don't expect HR to have your back at all. If you make a complaint, it should be understood that no matter how sensitive it is, if it's about a member of upper leadership it WILL be leaked in full to them, including who submitted the complaint and when. HR is more concerned with protecting the clique than following their own guidelines about retaliation and confidentiality. Operators here are numbers and they are tools to be used to further the careers and the egos of those who are supposed to be "mentoring" them and training them.

Pros

Great people, decent pay, good culture

Cons

Over the past year, Becklar has shown that its motto of “we care FIRST” does not apply to its employees, they have shown only that they intend to increase the already super high workload in exchange for nothing greater. Discipline is also inconsistent, with them regularly skipping steps on the track. It seems that Becklars goal nowadays is not to foster a workforce that wants to be their long term, but go through a revolving door of people.
