      Pros

      Small but mighty team of dedicated people trying to change the world. Always going the extra mile to help their customers. A real family oriented team that looked out for each other.

      Cons

      Would sometimes get into analysis paralysis instead of being decisive. THE inexperienced CEO that was brought in was a great guy but struggled to put his stake in the ground and lead the company to the level it should have gotten to

      Beckon attracted very bright, dedicated people as a start-up. It served some of the worlds largest marketers and offered many good challenges in a very positive start-up environment.

      Cons

      Beckon was purchased and almost all of the initial start-up team moved on.
