      Interesting problems to be working on, from both a technical and business perspective Smart execs and strong teams The right amount of autonomy plus support from management and exec team. Healthy, transparent culture where people feel free to express views and experiment fearlessly Decent perks for a startup Close to Caltrain

      Office is a little cramped and rundown Startup chaos is not for everyone Creating a new product category is risky and challenging

      - A few of the typical startup growing pains (tough problems to solve, limited resources compared to big companies, a few shifts in teams and roles as the company grows) - Expect to put in some long days, but the company is quick to encourage time off to balance it all out

      Amazing and smart co-workers within a real collaborative environment. We have the best product in the space and the most amazing brands in the world as customers: what else could we ask for?

      Cons

      Long hours: it's tough to achieve a perfect work-life balance as in larger companies, but it's to be expected in a start-up.
