This company is a classic example of how appearances can be completely misleading. I was forced to resign without any clear or valid reason right after the previous management exited, which reflects how unstable and poorly handled things are internally. The so-called positive reviews are highly questionable. There is a strong sense that employees are either pressured or influenced to present a false image of the company. Do not rely on them. The work environment is deeply toxic. Office politics dominate everything. If you don’t blindly agree with or flatter certain individuals, you are quickly sidelined or targeted. There are people within the organization who will deliberately undermine you to protect their own position. Management, especially in India, is extremely unprofessional and operates on favoritism and ego rather than fairness or competence. Decisions lack transparency and accountability, and merit has little to no value here. Overall, this is not a trustworthy or healthy workplace. What you see from the outside is far from the reality inside.
