      Working for yourself and make your own hours.

      Cons

      Prior to COVID the pay was stable, Post COVID, the pay is not good and very unpredictable making this a part-time gig at best that's being kind

      Extremely nice group to work with as a sub contractor. Everyone is willing to offer help when needed. As long as you complete you work in a timely manor you will never hear from Management

      Cons

      You never know how many inspection you will get from day to day so you income can change as much as a $1200.00 a week You travel 1500 miles a week so be prepared for that expense. When the work load was heavy you could make over 2500.00 a week.

      Your a contractor so you have no benefits but they treat you like an employee.
