Pros
- Bedfont Family ethos. - Employee welfare through social events and fund as well as employee helpline. - Fantastic team or hardworking individuals. - Management team are great and approachable. - Great place to start my career, was supported by management. - Good benefits such as; flexible working, pension scheme and health insurance. - Location near the A20 or a 2 minute walk from Harrietsham train station, so very convenient location.
Cons
- Can feel the pressure at times being the only software developer internally, nevertheless we all come together to get the job done. - Not really a con but worth a mention that there is steep learning curve as part of the onboarding process if you are not from a medical or aerospace background, you have to operate within the boundaries of standards and procedures, if you are happy to embrace the challenge then you will be just fine. - Progression was slow, however a road map was laid during appraisals.

We are a big family at Bedfont, ensuring employee work/life balance is paramount. We provide flexible working hours, have a dedicated social club with their own budget, profit share schemes and many more perks.
Cons
Being a small company can sometimes be a little intense when it come to deadlines but with a dedicated and hard working team its never been a big problem.
