      none, other than relaxed dress code

      the job, the site, the management, no staff, no one cares, they think throwing money at the already over worked staff to get them to to work more is ok, while they have their time off and make a decent wage all within monday -friday 9a-5p

      Great place to learn about change management and the importance of the customer in defining and aligning internal business practices.

      Cons

      Mostly internal engagements with a strong focus on business strategy and change management. A very light touch in terms of brand strategy and the definition and creation of brand identity, brand assets and branded environments and experiences. For a company that purports to be a creative agency, creativity is limited and used in a somewhat superficial way.
