I appreciate your feedback of hiring the right people for the job. Whilst our entire evaluation/interview process is extensive, we can only fully evaluate the people<>job<>company fit after on-the-job probation.
I am sad that you found this experience to be a waste of time. We did the best we could, but will be constantly looking to improve.
