      Pros

      Excellent benefits, paid time off. Many coworkers were amazing, and people I still consider friends. Great training before being able to work with the kids, continuing education.

      Cons

      Working in residential cottages, subpar therapy, undereducated staff who would retraumatize youth and management who were afraid to discipline said staff.
