      Pros

      - Tight-knit company culture - Plenty of opportunities to step up and take on responsibilities, offer perspective, and work on projects that interest you - NO Sunday scaries! I thoroughly enjoy my work and all other employees - Open and accepting space (both in-office and online) - Founders care about each employee and make an effort to include everyone and provide whatever they need to succeed in their role. They're also very understanding and professional when life happens and will work with you if something personal comes up. - 401k, PTO, team lunches & outings

      No cons to list here - I've been with the company for almost 2 years and I've had no issues with any team member or management.

      Pros

      Small company growing in all the right ways. A talented team who wants to learn from each other. A product with many possibilities. All with great benefits to match. Great tech stack that allows the team to create the product quickly with quality in mind. Leadership team is very open to ideas and thoughts.

      Cons

      Hard to say there are any that aren't typical with this size and stage of company :) so basically there are a few but not unexpected until we can get to the next level of company.
