The company buys lunch occasionally.
Cons
Expect to work more than 40 hours a week. Management does not know how to manage. Do not listen to employee feedback. Had every team member cry at one point or another over some abuse. Lack proper training/assume training is adequate. HR is not there half the time so there is no help with benefits when needed. No one responds to emails. Act like its a "family" environment but that's really just to take advantage of you. Constantly working short-staffed.
