      Pros

      Since 8 months, I am working in this company as a Web Developer and i had learnt so many things from here like the discipline of work and team work. The policies of the company complements to employee satisfaction and offers an excellent work life balance. The company has good practices in dividing work - divided into teams with specific roles. All the employees are passionate about their work.

      Cons

      None. The company offer so much support and opportunity for anyone who wants to succeed.

      Very different training concept which i feel is one of the best and effective training ever.

      Pros

      Everything. From the very 1st day of my internship till 30th day , i experienced one thing and that is if you can do hardwork it will be helpfull for you but if you know smartwork you will get great experience. Also i experienced that they will train to norrish all the hesitation and bring confidence while dealing with agent and customer, that they will train practically.

      Cons

      There is none of the Cons as per my view.
