Current management are the kind of people who constantly remind you that they are the boss and make the decisions. Firing of late has happened entirely without warning. One day your working the next your unemployed. Travel, travel, and more travel. Most of the service locations are in parts of the state most Utahns have never heard of. There is absolutely no room for advancement. NONE. Professional development is non existent here anymore. You will stagnate in your career field by working here. Money is tight for things the employee needs, but an expensive office remodel? Why not!! I will end this by saying, if you keep your nose to the grindstone and mind your own business than you will probably do well here, and that's not a bad thing.
